My Aunt, Mrs. Alice *******, a resident at *********** since November of 1998, passed away in August of this year (2022). Her Estate checking account was billed another months rent the following month. She had also paid a full months deposit when she moved to ***********. Local management has told me repeatedly they have taken care of the problem and offered to return the over billing to the checking account and return 1/2 of the deposit. They accuse you of things you have not done they dont listen they scream at you from management in public and then they think they can call the police on you when theyre the ones screaming.
