Great Place I worked with Joseph Curcuru at Creekside Hills to lease my apartment and he was very accommodating and flexible with getting all of the paperwork completed. The complex itself is also very nice with valet trash pickup, a nice pool area with grills, very clean gym, a business center, and they even have community socials with hot dogs chips and cookies for everyone! Overall a great place to do business with and to live!

Great place to live I lived in Post Crest for a few years before moving out. I loved the complex and the people who worked there. The landscaping was always top notch and the complex was kept very clean. The pool always had a good crowd in the summer. Rent was fair and when we moved out we didn't have any problems getting our deposit back. Great place to live.

great apartment complex My husband is in the navy so we reside in different states. He has been living at the Township for 4 months now and it has been great. They are renovating apartments before people move in so it is nice and clean. This is a very quiet complext. They also have a fantastic pool, a gym with stationary bikes, 2 treadmills, an elliptical machine, and one of those all in one weight machines. There is plenty of parking. There is a huge laundry room with plenty of machines and if you pay extra you can have a w... read more

Run for your life! We were told the model we walked through was the same as ours. Then came the bait and switch. We received our apartment in a condition that I can only describe as nauseating. We had been promised by the apartment manager that she personally did a walkthrough. If by walkthrough she meant she held their breath while sprinting through the apartment, blindfolded, swinging a dead skunk by the tail, then we agree. The walls were slimy, the floors were disgusting, and the dust at least seemed to be providing insu... read more

This apartment sucks We've lived in this apartment for a little over 4 months, and I can't wait to move out. The leasing office tends to make up "rules" about what you can and cannot have, they don't respond to requests in any sort of timely manner, and the lighting in the parking lot is what I like to call "rape lighting." Due to the fact that there is no parking anywhere close to your apartment after 5:15, if you work a non-conventional job and get off at, say 9:00pm, you have to park far from your apartment, and walk a fa... read more

Nice, quiet place to live I lived here for a year and in general, really enjoyed it. The building was great - we lived upstairs, but the staircase was inside, so we didn't have to walk up in the cold, heat or rain.We did have some issues with animals while we were there, though. On one occasion, our apartment was overrun (we actually had to stay at a friend's house) with fire ants, and the management only had pest control once a week, so we waited five days for them to come, all the while only able to dart across the room to... read more

Talus Ranch is Nice The apartments are really nice, great sizes, very well laid out and extremely roomy. It is a bit far if you want to be close to in town, but Happy Valley shopping center if pretty close along with all the shops off Carefree Hwy. I would move here again.
