Been here too long. Making emails about the problems leads almost nowhere. Parking is first come, first serve but sucks when people abandon their broken down cars around so then there's little to nowhere to park. Cockroaches and ants everywhere. People are sketchy and gross, one leaves they're molding trash around hallway and door making it a fire hazard. EDIT: it gets much much worse! They lied about treating my apartment on 1/15 when i have cameras that picked up everything all day. Now the office doesnt want to "go back and forth on disagreements" or some crap! As soon as i pointed everything out she didnt want to talk anymore.Even said she would try and find someone to move in (with me paying for an enpty apartment) BAM proof rite there you are moving people in knowing its infested. CockRoach 🪳 infestation Overpriced maintenance say they're coming to fix the Cockroach problem but never do. make no effort really try to resolve the issues with this place. It sucks killing 5-8 cock roaches a day . Moving outta here as soon as possible. I am I current resident and pretty passed off about the treatment at this cock roaches of a place. Pay1620 a month for this crap of a place don't move here
