Pros: •You not homeless •Police precinct 2 mins away •Chill neighborhood •Close to everything on Elvis Presley Blvd. Cons: •Office Workers •Trifling neighbors, dirty apartments •Bay bay kids becoming more frequent •Dice games being held outside •No security, gate open 24/7 •Renovation needed •Lazy,incompetent,& dishonest office workers •Extremely slow maintenance •Tub water is purple and black at random ***Major emphasis on they don't fix anything, especially in a decent time frame!!!!!
Pros: You have a roof over your head, very quiet, a couple police officers live here, and the police precinct is 2 mins down the road. Chill neighborhood.Elementary school near, very close to everything on Elvis Presley Blvd. Cons: Very trifling dirty neighbors who litter DAILY!!! TRASH EVERYWHERE ESPECIALLY ON THE WEEKENDS. They are quiet lol that’s about the only good thing! The parking is limited and Maintenence takes FOREVER to fix requests but truthfully I think that falls back on the office worker. EVERYTHING IS OUTDATED AND THEY HAVE GONE UP ON RENT, THE APARTMENT MANAGER, which is NEVER around, says they updated but they haven’t. You can’t even connect your dryer in the 2 bedroom units and they act slow when you ask them about ANYTHING to do with the property! It’s not terrible but it could definitely be better!
