I live here now going on 3 years, and I swear it was the worst moving decision I ever had to make. When you first move into a place like this everything seems ok until you actually begin to settle in. Neighbors can’t control their kids inside or out. They let their kids run around unsupervised which can cause problems, because you already know how certain people act when you tell their kids something, even when you’re telling them something in a peaceful manner.
