In my opinion, so long as cruise property owns this property, I don’t recommend anyone rent here. You have been warned.
The place is overpriced and rundown. Ducks everywhere. Visited the property and the pool was full of duck poop. Reminds me of a Motel 6 but worse
DO NOT RENT APARTMENT 107 C. There are cockroaches everywhere. The worst property ever. Infested with cockroaches. I've been waiting for my security deposit for two months.
The following is a list of violations and concerns that your management company refuses to address: 1) Tenants Bathing in the pool with dogs, the tenant is in #108 2) Voluminous amounts of duck feces surrounding the housing units and other areas. 3) The strong and consistent pungent smell of marijuana at all ours of the day. 4) The large amounts and piles of garbage being generated, due to tenants living across the street using the garbage dumpster. 5) Water shutoff and repairs happen weekly without prior notification.
