I have lived here going on 4 years. My neighbors are wonderful and the complex is nice. Nice size 2/2, affordable, mgmt is communicative and maintenance quick to respond/repair. Thank you to Nelson and crew.
TL;DR: Anonymous staff, unfair charges, and evasive communication. This is not normal or acceptable customer service. I’ve lived at 7550 Stirling Rd since July 2024, and my experience with Cruise Property Management has been deeply frustrating and honestly suspicious. Despite repeated requests, I have never been given the name or contact info for a property manager or supervisor. This apartment complex is one of the worst apartments in the area. If you thought about moving here, don’t even think about it. The management here is terrible, they ruined the connection between the company and the tenants. Cruise Property Management is terrible, they have done nothing for these complexes.
