Worse apt complex in the city. Very ghetto and unorganized. Will not make repairs when you need them. The residents are horrible vile ghetto people, and the company who owns these are slum lords. Do yourself a favor and find another place to live. I repeat, do not move here.
I currently reside at Colonial Village & I will say it’s the worst place I have ever lived. The management is unprofessional on EVERY SPECTRUM & changes too often .maintenance is useless . It’s bug & mold infested. Not a place for children either Whatever photos are on their website is a flat out lie ( come through the complex & you will see for yourself) I can’t wait to leave this place. Anyone considering moving here I advice you not to
