I would like to give a personal shout out to the staff and maintenance at Colonial Village. Just the past two days alone, I have had two major issues: 1). There was a putrid smell emanating from an unknown source. The maintenance man whom I spoke with told me that in the morning they would be at my building to see what was going on. He had also suggested I alert the office staff too. Cory (the assistant property manager) was on it right away and by the time I came home from work, the problem was fixed. 2).
