Recommendedpeaceful quiet and nice apts for a good price. very friendly and helpful.
How could colonial improve? Stop renting to 20 years old kids that disturb the whole neighborhood, piss everybody off, trash the place and then break their lease and leave after 4 months. Parents are just dumping their problems off on this complex for us to deal with.
These apartments rent to all the white trash pond scum from Middletown, Franklin and the surrounding areas. They seriously have no standards for who they let live here I wonder if they even do background checks on tenants because so many people here have lengthy arrest records.
