Doctor John I am a graduate student at U-Conn. I have lived at Colonial Apartments for two years. I have found the apartments to be acceptable. I did not expect the apartment to come with pots and pans or ice trays! I am certain that most will agree, I find the location convenient to shopping as well school. The apartments are maintained and the staff is courteous and professional. The rent is not high considering that heat and hot water is included. I will continue to recommend the complex to friends
Colonial Townhouse Apartments is awful!!! Colonial Town House Apartments in Willimantic,CT. These apartments are just awful,the apartment walls are thin...I hear every movement my upstairs neighbor makes......These apartments have dirty basements and this funny smell in them. The apartment advert says there is a dishwasher in the kitchen when there is no dish washer!!!. The kitchen Has a window but you can't open them....The bathroom windows have no blinds....Management claims they never provide blinds for the bathroom....Ba... read more
