Very professional and informative. Got through it in no time at all despite the lender missing the date by a week.
Rude and uninformed.
I would say that this process started out fine but the professionalism with the emails the extra exclamation points after a response is unnecessary and rude. I am in need of clarification. A very simple question and it turns into bantering. I was leery of using an entity tied to selling agent. Never again
