I just moved to colonial terrace about a month ago. It's not that fancy when you first look inside the apartments but Wayne the new manager tries his best to make it feel better. The wall are wooden that has a big no for me but not all of the apartment walls wooden the ones down stairs are painted. but I kept the one upstairs it looks much better now that it's furnished.
