got an appt. quickly. service was done thoroughly and quickly.
It was a job well done. I specifically listed the work that I wanted to have done,and which items I wanted to have inspected when I brought the car in, I was called at home and informed of the state of the inspected items. Additional maintenance was suggested. And I agreed to one item in addition to what I initially specified. I would have given Ford a five star rating for the work, but I thought the price of the service was a little on the high side.
