Lived in 914 5th Ave, house was cheap but had a lot of problems. Couldn't ever get above 60 in winter and had a bat problem. Also had a moldy hot tube that was full of dead animals for over a year on the property
Landlords don't know how to do their job properly. Halls and neighbors are loud. Lots of smokers. Owners don't pick up after their pets. Laundry machines are tiny. It's not worth it, and it's overpriced. They also don't fix anything that is broken, damaged, or dirty but still fine you for it and expect you to do someone's else's job.
