They make you buy in to live here- saying you will get it back when you move out. Then say it will cost thousands to update to be able to sell and that you will also being paying utilities and carrying charge until they fix it- telling you it could take months. Buyer beware.
The homes are nice inside.
My family has lived here for over 30 years. Its going down hill. Homeless camps near 35 highway. I've had two vehicles broken into while living there.
