This apartment building is less that safely maintained. Living across the street has caused so many issues within the last 6 yrs. We have seen drugs, violence and crimes occur weekly. Back in 2006 the police really cleaned it up, but now with the new owners, its worse than its ever been... Its sad.... very sad
These apartments are on 1 city block with the office in the center of 6 buildings with manager on site. The space is very reasonable considering the rates for new rental properties in the Texarkana area. The lawn is very well maintained since the lawn service is just across the street.
One of the wost apartments in the ark-La-Tex. My daughter lives there. She got the apartment on her own, Proud mom, right, yeah i am of her , for the independence but the apartment choice.. Scary. The worst. Poor management, awful maintenance. . I ran down cliff the manager/maintenance or what ever he is for the first time one day. I approached him asked was he cliff the maintenance man and he said "Cliff just left" as soon as he said it a young boy spoke to him calling him Cliff. He had no choice to confess he was Cliff. I live here. The drugs are still real bad here. There is no lawn service the manager tries to do it all himself, no maintenance man, no emergency number. And the manager is gone most of the time. So if you want to move in here get ready for a hard time getting any help. And they have raised the rent on hundred dollars.
