I started shooting last spring with the Ladies Only Pistol course and have since purchased my first handgun and shoot regularly. I even go shoot alone sometimes and never ever dreamed I would be comfortable doing that. The CSA staff is extremely helpful and always make me feel supported and welcome and safe.
Rude staff with conflicting instructions. Fine for folks that just don't know any different. Not a chance in hell I will be returning there for any reason. As a paying customer, I don't expect to be treated like that for any reason. Bunch of pretentious pricks with a chip on their shoulders.

Everybody there is truly super nice and you don't feel silly asking them a lot of questions. They take the time to listen to you and explain with out making you feel like an idiot. 😊

I am a member in VA Beach, the range does its job and has great customer service. The controllers in RVA do not allow for flipping targets, at least on the range I was on yesterday. I know that some ranges so, but mine didn't. Also, limited distance makes it hard to use all that I had hoped to. Great retail section with less.than no pressure to buy, just a lot of help to look.
