Cameron was very knowledgeable and so helpful as we investigated new windows. I highly recommend this company with their extensive experience and ethics. They will give you their honest opinion and help quickly with a solution.
Zero stars is accurate. Gave them three chances to deliver a basic exterior craftsman style door + shadow light (side panel) with windows. It has taken 5 months to receive their third attempt. Specifications still not right, front facing wood surface scattered with ”scabs” / scrapes of significant depth, wide nail holes all around exterior. Mis-aligned edges throughout. My next steps include contacting the Better Business Bureau and any carpentry licensure / certification standards for state and county. Until then, I hope th... read more
