I contacted Richard Root in March of 2021 to inspect my roof for possible hail and storm damage. He showed up late for the appointment for inspection and subsequently told me I did have hail damage. I contacted my insurance company and they said they'd send out an adjuster and Richard said he'd meet them here when they did their inspection. He never showed up.
