Colonial Roofer stepped in to help us with a roof that was put on my house in 2019. A company I contracted subbed it out to another company and they did a horrible job. In 2025 the roof was leaking Then they sent out Colonial and they fixed ALL our issues. Very happy with there service! Update: I had repairs done on the roof in Dec of 2024, reached out to Maria with Colonial Roofer Services in September 2026 with Black mold appearing in the Soffit area.
