Christopher, the property manager, was excellent! He was organized, professional and very easy to talk to. This was my second time viewing Colonial Ridge. Last time was a year back and management was rude and unprofessional (late to our appointment, unapologetic and couldn’t answer simple questions.) Christopher replied to my follow up email immediately the next morning and all my questions were answered with clarity.
