Jasmine was eager to help us in the beginning but, as soon as we got to the house we let her know we there she had us wait up until an hour because she was showing other tenants the house. Which we were understanding we got there at 12:55 her appointment was at 12:45. But, to wait til 1:35! No very un professional
Rented a house through this company for a couple of years. They were always prompt with answers to questions and quick with getting repairs made. They sent my full deposit back within the required 30 day period (less the small move-out cleaning fee I requested). They were always courteous and were a pleasure to rent from. They'll be my first stop if I every l need to rent in San Antonio again.
I’ve tried contacting this San Antonio company via phone and email about a rental property that was being advertised over a two day period with ZERO response during and throughout their normal business hours. I’ve also contacted their other office in Harker Heights however they just transferred me back to the San Antonio office with no answer yet again. They lost a potential tenant for a $2K per month property.
