When I first moved into this place I loved it. It was aesthetically the best apartment I had seen despite the fact that when we first moved in the refridgerator did not work and we were told not to turn on the master bedroom light switch or the breaker would trip. That was over looked and I moved on, AFTER it was fixed. Then one day I walked outside and stepped right in dog feces right in the middle of the side walk. There is dog feces all over this property.
