I have lived here going on almost 4 years & loved it until this past year. Since they have closed the main office it’s gone downhill. I constantly have packages stolen. Maintenance gets 5 Stars! They are always prompt. I am so angry I resigned my lease here.
Stay away from MAA! Believe the bad reviews. Save yourself a lot of headache and trouble and go lease somewhere else that is not an MAA property. They are an unethical, greedy company with sky high fees and rent. Now onto this specific property itself...it seemed like an okay place when we moved in several years ago but it didn't take long for it to change. The staff at Colonial Reserves are some of the most rude people I have ever met in my life. We are only here for 60 days during a relocation and actually considered renting one of the vacant apartments. I am extremely glad we did not! The maintenance staff walks around with a chip on their shoulder and the women in the front office could use a course from Ms. Manners. This would be 0 stars if Facebook had not changed their rating system.
