I had a really disappointing experience with this contractor. After requesting a quote, they no-showed on the first scheduled day. When they finally came out, they gathered all the info but then disappeared for over 4 weeks. Despite my repeated follow-ups, they kept promising a quote “next week,” but it never came. Overall, this was a complete waste of my time.
In 2013, Colonial Remodeling & Construction built a simple concrete patio at the rear of our home. The staff was friendly and did a good job. We have been using the patio for the past 13 years and have seen no faults or deterioration in it.
I do recommend very nice attention and day answer very fast in the office they offer you coffee or tea..you prefer..the girl's very nice..an gorgeous..and the job very good price..I do recommend

The Colonial team did a Awesome Job! The house looks beautiful again! The clean up was super Awesome! I will call them if I need anymore work done on my home! I will give them more than 5 stars!
