Agents are unreasonably difficult to get ahold of. Do not return calls or emails. I went as far as posting a physical letter at one of their properties for lease and did not hear back from them for months. Obviously we lost out on that building. I have never dealt with such incompetence from a commercial realtor. If you are looking for an agency to represent your commercial property, look elsewhere. You will never sell it with this company.

I have been involved in several real estate closings with Colonial Realty. I have always found them knowledgeable and helpful. They follow through on any issues that arise and are one of the few realtors who truly believe their job is not finished when the contract is signed. I would highly recommend Colonial Realty to anyone that wants to sell or buy property.
I've Used Dave Gorbach and Joel Hausman at Colonial Realty for the last thirty years or so. They have always provide honest, practical and prompt service with excellent, deep, market knowledge. They shouldn't be confused with another unrelated Colonial Realty that produced a scandal twenty or thirty years ago.
