Was renting out our property (Scott Lubera)while we were overseas and finally retired from the military. He wasn't checking the house, used sub standard supplies to fix the house, no receipts, no pictures given unless asked. Our neighbors were telling us what was happening to our house and he had no clue what was happening. When asked to check our shed because our neighbors told us it was opened(stuff was stolen), he said that wasn't part of his responsibility.
