The waiting room had a creepy atmosphere, staff ranges from being short with you to downright rude (I got hung up on a couple times trying to call about my appointments). I was referred for a psychological evaluation with Dr. Ronald Kidd and he laughed in my face (full open-mouthed guffaw, mind you) at every answer I gave him, even after making me have a panic attack and start crying. Horrible experience, don't waste your time.

I called inquiring about psychiatric services. Apparently, they are not equipped to provide psychiatric services to a 40-year-old woman. The receptionist said the max age is 30. The receptionist also sounded asleep and could care less. Not a good frontman for a mental health business. Made me even more uncomfortable with the entire situation. Like I was bothering her.

My partner had an scheduled appointment that he had to wait about two months for and when he went there day of (a Saturday), the office was closed until Monday. No one informed him of this. When he followed up with them, they basically said "sorry no one told you" and said he couldn't get an appointment for four months because they were booked unless there was a cancellation.
