the same ones that run the apartments in Ulster Park they are terrible terrible people, and I’m getting the building inspector to look into some issues that my mother has they left her an elderly woman with no heat!! We are looking into legal action now . had to have a sheriff come pick up my mother this morning and bring her to a warming shelter and he’s reaching out to the building inspector.
No heat in apartment and colonial is doing nothing
They were suppose to show me an apartment but didn't have keys and climbed through the window so I left without seeing it. Very sketchy.
Ok I thought I posted already, but it seems to be gone. Ok let's try again like i wrote before I've been dealing with this management team for a little while, when they took over they really made some improvements I even complimented there work crew for doing a great job on the building. We'll I figured with these improvements my rent would probably go up lol, now I've been paying 1,100 since I been in this building going on 7 or more years I guess.
