This company sent an individual to my home today, claiming to be from "Bank of America", regarding my delinquent mortgage loan. I do not have such a mortgage loan, and the company, when I called them anonymously, said they are in the business of "inspections and maintenance of homes". This is the second time they have attempted to solicit business under false pretenses, thereby avoiding non-solicitation ordinances in neighborhoods. Beware of strangers that refuse to provide any identification, personal or relating to the organization they claim to represent.
