Cathleen Foster the best property manager I have ever met in my life. Explained every step, every process with such patience. The property is outstanding, beautiful place. Everything is updated, super clean, everyone is friendly. I truly feel blessed to be living here.
This is the place to live. The facility is beautiful, clean and quiet. I have lived here almost three years and have been very happy. Maintenance requests are addressed quickly. Residents are kind and helpful. I am so grateful that I am living here.
The landlord and its agents engage in predatory and discriminatory housing practices against protected classes. Landlord allows facility to become dilapidated and unsafe. Not a great or safe place to live. it concentrates together welfare-dependent, single-parent families, whose fatherless children disproportionately turn out to be school dropouts, drug users, non-workers, and criminals. No speak English.
Colonial Pointe is outstanding. I have been here for several months and it has surpassed every expectation. The property manager, Cathleen Foster, is the best property manager I have ever met. She is responsive, organized, professional and runs a tight ship. The facility is always immaculate and service requests are followed up quickly. Mary and Jose, the maintenance staff, are superb.
