So far so good! I had a great experience applying for this apartment. Lynnette and Kenyi were very kind and helped us get approved in less than a week. Great management. I put in a maintenance request last night and it was done by the morning. No complaints at all. Thanks!
rats around dumpster there was trash it took a few cays before it was cleaned up. , mold smell in apartment and i noticed their are drug users hanging around, you can smell the weed smoke, i was visting a friend and he pointed some things out and we observed them in plain sight.
I am a current tenant and I have been living here for a yr. I really enjoy this place, it is very clean and well kept. Every issue I’ve ever had has been addressed quickly. The maintenance team is wonderful and Kenyibel in the office is always very polite and quick to respond/help. I also feel very safe in this complex. I hope all of this continues.
We have been living here since 2022 and we highly recommend this apartment complex. The staff is always friendly and attentive, and maintenance requests are typically addressed the next day. Alejandro and Justin are my go to when it comes to any maintenance the apartment needs. The rent is more affordable compared to other places in the area. Overall, it is a great place to live.
