I am a current tenant and I have been living here for a yr. I really enjoy this place, it is very clean and well kept. Every issue I’ve ever had has been addressed quickly. The maintenance team is wonderful and Kenyibel in the office is always very polite and quick to respond/help. I also feel very safe in this complex. I hope all of this continues.
We have been living here since 2022 and we highly recommend this apartment complex. The staff is always friendly and attentive, and maintenance requests are typically addressed the next day. Alejandro and Justin are my go to when it comes to any maintenance the apartment needs. The rent is more affordable compared to other places in the area. Overall, it is a great place to live.
I rented here from 2021-2023, and I highly recommend this apartment complex. Maintenance requests were usually met within the next day, and the staff were kind. It’s more affordable than most apartments in the area, and internet and cable were even included in the rent. Don’t expect a refund in the deposit though, which is what I expect with almost every apartment complex honestly.
