I just moved into these apartments literally a week ago. My apartment date was pushed back due to the apartments not being ready. Certain things were not fixed or working properly like my stove. One tub has yellow stains, the other has black around the edges and the toilet was dirty. I have a huge ant issue in which I decided to take into my own matters because this place doesn’t seem to care how an apartment is given to a new resident. My boyfriend and I recently moved in, and the front office staff were super accommodating to our apartment preferences and were so kind! Everyone in the neighborhood is so sweet, and the environment is overall great.
I rented here from 2021-2023, and I highly recommend this apartment complex. Maintenance requests were usually met within the next day, and the staff were kind. It’s more affordable than most apartments in the area, and internet and cable were even included in the rent. Don’t expect a refund in the deposit though (it’s not a large deposit either), which is what I expect with almost every apartment complex honestly.
Middle-class lifestyle apartments. Parking can be a bit of an obstacle at times, but the leasing office addresses issues quickly.
