Bad, bad, bad apartments I have a friend who moved to Virginia and wanted to know how I liked these apartments as I lived here at one time. All I could think of was BAD, BAD, BAD in every way. The people in the office were unprofessional, incompetent and indifferent. It seems to me they do as little as possible to maintain the apartments. Making a profit at the renters expense is how I see it.
