If I could give zero stars, I would. The management there has zero customer service and the bald guy who seems to be the head of the department has no skill in in talking to customers so I see thy the entire team in that office is like that. Colonial parking tarnishes Pike & Rose.
The signs say the gates close at 2. DON'T BELIEVE THEM. I called it an early friday night and got back at 12:30 from DC on the metro and was stranded because the gates were already closed.
