I went to see Sinners at the Regal Cinema, with the movie starting at 9:45 PM. Before the movie, we read the signage at the parking garage that clearly stated if you validated your parking ticket, you’d only be charged $2 for 0 to 4 hours. After the movie ended around midnight, we validated our ticket as instructed—only to be told by the payment machine that we owed $20 because the system now considered our stay “overnight.” We immediately tried to get help from the parking assistance desk, but the experience only got worse.... read more
Do not use this garage you might get trapped and have to call emergency services. Attendant is absolutely useless and will not help you get out, they just hung up on me.
False advertising. Went to watch a 10pm movie at the theater next door. Rate said after 5pm it’s $4.00. But when the movie got out at 12:30am, I was charged $12.00. Total rip off and lie and their rates. DO NOT PARK HERE!!!!!
