I really don't like that place
No ceiling sprinklers (you know, in case of fire), no elevators, no handicap accessibility, lack of basic security precautions, and lack of routine maintenance. There are repeated break-ins and a fire destroyed one building. Do not rent a space here. The disasters are not worth the money.
