I lived in a duplex, and it was exactly as expected. Maintanance was promt; management was a pleasure to work with.
I called Colonial Oaks because my wife and I were thinking about moving to Kerrville from Florida in the spring. I said I like some information about Colonial Oaks from the lady who answered the phone. She said what do you want to know, so I asked if she could sent me a brochure and a floor plan. She replied curtly, we don't have anything like that, what are you interested in. I said the 1 bedroom duplex. She replied when she had one they rented for $750 a month. It would be great if we could recycle. I'm collecting my recyclables and taking them myself, but feel badly that we don't have that service here. Very irresponsible. However I love the size of the bedrooms and living room and the washer/dryer connections. Maintenance/management have been prompt and friendly whenever I've needed anything. $$ appears to be reasonable for Kerrville which I appreciate.
