Brought my vehicle in for a recall. They told me about 1 hr so I waited. 45 minutes later my car was done! No sales pitch no nothing. They did the work and I was on my way. Great way to do service!!! I will return for anything my car needs
If they tell you a feature is an add-on that can a third-party can install, don't buy the car until THEY have arranged for AND completed the install. We learned a hard lesson. We were shopping for a vehicle taller than a sedan, and lower than the usual SUV. The Kicks seemed to fit the bill, except it didn't come with a liftgate. The liftgates on the Kicks are heavy, and there is no way to change their height. Therefore, they are a challenge for some people.
