Steve and Brian are the BEST!!! I went there to just lol at a Subaru they were selling and told them “ I am just here to look at this car and test drive it”. Steve said, yeah absolutely and handed me the keys. Was very polite, never pushy, and left me alone to do my thing with no pressure. I will say that the purchasing experience was smooth but they don’t care about getting your tags to you once you’ve purchased the vehicle. We bought a truck on JUNE 26th and our temp tags expired AUGUST 24th. At the initial purchase, we were told tags would come in a week or 2. A few weeks go by, and still no tags. So my husband reaches out and they’re like “oh, we need the weight & vin number” first off, how do they not know the information for a vehicle they just sold us? Went there the other day looking for a new car and when I went in, I was greeted by Lola. I explained to her my situation and budget and she helped me out by leading me in the right direction. They didn’t have any cars in stock in my price range so she recommended another car dealership that they’re partnered with.
