Best car buying experience I have ever had! Jack was absolutely amazing. No pressure at all and patiently answered all my questions. They offered a very generous warranty, which is pretty much unheard of these days, and he even set me up with a key maker where I got a spare made at half the price I have normally paid in the past. Took the van to my mechanic after a week of ownership to make sure everything was in good shape, and he was amazed at the quality of the vehicle, even though it was 14 years old.
