The Best of the Best We started our mortgage refinancing with PennyMac and decided to stop right before closing because of deception and incompetence. Spent over 2 months for trying to refinance and then the loan wasn't approved, but I had no issues with my bank which has a little higher rate. My friend is still in the process, will update soon.
