Colonial Mortgage company is the WORST mortgage company on Earth. They deserve NEGATIVE STARS, but I had to give them 1 star in order to post this. If you need a mortgage, use a lender who has an office with a person you can go speak with. Colonial only offers an 800 customer service # staffed with a bunch of reps who send you in circles, after waiting on hold for God only knows how long. For at least 3 years their recorded msg says "We are experiencing unusually high call volumes"! What, you can't hire more staff in 3 years... read more
