I have to recall notices the last one was about my control arm which I have had in question since the day I purchased the car from the used car lot and had multiple mechanics look at it it has since 8 through 2 sets of inner and outer tie rods when calling to ask and question about said control arm issues that the car potentially has from the manufacturer's specification noting that they said when asking such questions like If it does need to be replaced could I go ahead and get you guys to do the bearings and hubs abruptly ... read more

just talked to "Tina" who very rudely interrupted me while i was explaining why i had called to tell me that they no long service mitsubishi's. which makes zero sense since Mitsubishi is literally IN THE NAME. then she kept unprofessionally saying "HANG ON!!" asking things to people in the building, like whether or not they service mitsubishi aka the thing she had just made me feel stupid for not knowing. V rude lady, and never got a clear answer because she hung up on me.
