This office is absolutely ridiculous. I only gave 2 stars because of Abby and NP Harris are very nice and professional. The staff before Abby was ridiculous so I thought it was working towards employing professional,empathetic and people of integrity however it appears that's still not the case. My family member is on his third week of waiting for the office manager Tamia to submit a request for equipment that is needed to safely get around to other appointments. I will start by saying Chanda Harris is a good provider. However, I do feel like her office staff needs to get it together. I have chosen to find another family care provider due to the incompetence of doing a simple prior authorization in a timely manner. This is some thing that I had gone back-and-forth with the front desk staff over weeks even months for me to find a telehealth doctor and have what I needed within 72 hrs . prior to this issue I had another one that I spoke directly to Harris about and I chose to stay but ... read more

Dr. Chanda is amazing. She really cares about her patients and she will give great advice as well as information that is vital we can use. The staff is professional and organized. I recommend her as a Primary Care Physician.
