I've been living in the complex for almost a year. I hadn't experienced any issues up until recently. The ladies in the leasing office are very rude when you come into the office. Primarily, the property manager. I don't like the fact that she has to indicate that she's "the property manager" when you check her for being unprofessional. She needs to be informed that being the property manager doesn't warrant a need to be rude or disrespectful. Everyone keeps to themselves but are very friendly if you ask a question. The women and man in the office are very friendly. The maintenance men work hard and are very quick to assist. The layout of the apartments are nice. The grounds are kept up. Theres plenty of parking and the price is great so you dont bust your but trying to just live. I think this place is a godsend many churches are just a walk away and a bistate bus stop is across the street grocery and pizza places are within 5 minutes. People sit on their porches ... read more
The place is terrible. The person in the main office had the nerve to say I am not the leaser of my apartment. (at the moment I should of agreed and told them I was moving out ASAP) They waited until my water heater busted open before they replaced it and I had to go days without hot water. Service is horrible!! They talk down on you like you don't understand anything.
