Make sure while you’re selling 6 englewood ave in Everett mass you tell people it has a sewer trap under the house that can burst any day or month it has a mouse problem in front of the garage it fills up with three feet of flooding water and floods the basement it has oil heat and the oldest furnace made to man kind cause I know I’m a hvac guy that’s why they want you to buy cash undisclosed what a joke oh by the way they took the stakes out of the yard cause the city plans on to rip that area out and turn into something on... read more
