The new owners took over in 2022 and the complex has gone downhill ever since. Manager seems to get to many repairs and takes about 2-3 months in fixing them. The apartment manager seems to need more employees to help him! I have been here for 10+ years and my rent had went up from $475 to $550 when new owners took over and went up less than 5 months later to $650 a month. The management needs to follow the lease laws in Illinois and needs to make the people respect their neighbors! 🔝

The building Manager is on top of repairs right away! Keeps the place clean and well groomed. If anything goes wrong he will repair as soon as possible and that is usually within a day or two, depending on the nature of the repair. Nice units. renters are screened, excellent community!
