This is definitely not an assisted living We went to check out Colonial Manner on 645 Williams Rd in salinas to place my mother and we walked into an insane asylum or a homeless camp. There online add is absolutely false. They offer absolutely nothing in amenities for the elderly nor medical care, the onsite attendant Angela confirmed that. She stated that there were no on site nurses or any type of health care. This facility is terrible. The staff act as if they don't or won't do anything unless Marvin tells them to. You get the information requested and they do not follow it. Doctors orders etc...They do not fix well balanced meals. It is a mass production of the same old thing for each meal. Bologna and cheese on white bread with coleslaw on it warmed in the over and wilted salad on the side.
