Very disappointed to hear about the incident on 08-16-2013 which ended in your security telling 4 service dogs, their handlers and children they needed to leave the mall. How rude and inconsiderate of you? Had this been a blind family, or police k9 dogs would you have asked them to leave? A service dog can go anywhere a person can go, as can a service dog in training.
