If I am leaving a real review stop trying to hide or delete it, the Mall Violated the ADA, perhaps the BBB would be a better place to leave the review. You broke the law, now you need to repair the damage admit the fault and offer apologies.
Just keep deleting all of our negative posts. Kicking out service dogs and their child handlers is appalling. You are completely ignorant of the Federal and State laws you have broken. Shame on all of you!!!
As the mother of a son with Autism who is having a dog trained for his service and protection, I am disgusted by your treatment of individuals with disabilities and their service animals. I am chiming in from Madison, Wi. Please note, this situation won't be ignored. And thanks to the strong social media presence of those who advocate for the rights of disabled individuals aided by service dogs, your illegal conduct is quickly becoming known all over the USA and likely far beyond that.
